Director of Finance and OperationsGroundswell seeks a Director of Finance & Operations that has an entrepreneurial spirit and is ready to take on significant management and leadership responsibility. The Director of Finance & Operations is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial and operational functions and works closely with program and department directors to help identify and implement systems that improve the efficiency and quality of Groundswell’s impact. Additionally, the individual serves as a critical member of the Executive Management Team, working alongside the Executive Director and Managing Director to help develop the long-term strategy and structure of the organization.
